The (MFAA) is the peak industry body for finance professionals and only accepts members who comply with their code of conduct and ethics and training requirements.

Credit and Investments Ombudsman Ltd (CIO) – Full Member

The Credit and Investments Ombudsman offers an impartial dispute resolution scheme to assist consumers to resolve complaints with participating financial services providers.  Australian Credit Licence (ACL) holders, Australian Financial Serivces Licence (AFSL) holders and authorised credit representatives are required to be a member of an ASIC-approved external dispute resolution (EDR) scheme such as this.
